U-Visa based I-485 - Approved on May 31, 2023

This I-485 was approved on the basis that our client had previously received protection under U Visa status. A U Visa is a nonimmigrant status granted to non-citizens who have been victims of certain criminal offenses, have provided assistance to law enforcement in prosecuting the criminal offense, and have maintained U Visa status for at least three years.
